Much Faster, Secure and Easy To Use Member's Area

We have deployed a much faster, secure and easy to use Member's Area. The new Member's Area has many more features than the previous version. We have considered all the suggestions and requests made by our customers/members and all are implemented. Some of the new features are given below:

Now a secure connection will automatically be established where required so you don't have to worry that the data sent or received can be viewed by any third party.
The new affiliate program is designed to be a win-win situation for every one including you, us and the customer referred by you.
Previously, support desk and billing manager required separate logins. Now everything is available through one login.
We now also support installment system which means that you can pay half your bill with one payment option and the half via another option.
You can also pre-fund your account for future purchases.
The traditional FAQ page is replaced with a new searchable knowledge base so that answers can be searched quickly and easily.
Now manage all your orders, domain registrations, domain transfers, hosting accounts and support tickets from one login.
A new download section is avaialble with control panel manuals and useful downloads for all the members.
Although only one user requested the feature that emails sent to help desk should also include the quoted text from previous email, but we have also included this as well because we really care for all our customers and try our best to fulfill all their wishes.
And many more NEW features and options that we think can really benefit our new and existing members.
